Governor Appoints Betty Hughes to Task Force
Betty Hughes, Owner/Broker for Hughes Properties, was appointed on July 9, 2010 by Governor Bob Riley to serve on a panel of nine members working with the Alabama Legislature in 2011 to help draft a bill for Home Owners Associations. The Task Force will be working closely with the House and Senate members to present a proposed bill that will protect Homeowners and provide disclosure and accountability which will be fair and just for all parties. Hughes Properties is happy that Betty has accepted this appointment.
