All credit/debit card transactions will include a service fee of $0.30 + 2.992% of the transaction amount. The homeowner’s association and Hughes Properties do not retain the service fees. These are retained by the credit card processor. Alternate payment options (without additional fees) remain in place and include check, cashier’s check, and money order.

If the payment is returned for any reason, a $40 bank charge will be assessed to your HOA account.
